- Is MDJobexchange affiliated with any recruiting agencies?
No, MDJobexchange is completely independent and has no affiliations. Your information is completely confidential and safe. Even more importantly, we collect very little personal information.
- Do you store credit card information?
No. All payments are processed through Paypal, one of the largest internet payment processors. We do not store your credit card information in any way.
- Do I have to have a Paypal account to pay for job posts?
No. You can you use your credit card to make a payment. How do I get my free job post?
Simply register for an account, then login using your new login credentials. Click the "Post a premium Job" and it will walk you through the job posting process.
- Is there recurring billing?
No, recurring billing is irritating. We decided to have a simple flat fee for posting jobs. Jobs remain posted until you delete them. After two years, we delete any lingering job posts so they do not clutter our database.
- How do I post photos to my job posts?
Login to your account, then look down the page to the "Post photos to my posts." Once in that module, you can upload photos. Please enter a caption for the photo prior to uploading the photo to your account.
- What types of photos can I post?
MDJobexchange accepts jpegs and gifs. Rectangular photos that are wider than they are tall post much better. If you can reduce the file size of the photo to less than 100kb, that will make the photos load faster when job seekers look at your job posts.
- How can I arrange my photos?
Login to your account and click "Map Photos." This will allow you to view your current photos, as well as load more captions and photos. Then, there are 5 photos for each job. You can either click the square over each row to apply a photo to all of your job posts or select photos individually. The first photo for each job post will be the photo that is shown on the live job post.
